Cypress Lakes High School senior Jimmy Alarcon was among the more than 370 student-athletes named to the 2025-26 academic all-district football teams.

Feb. 10, 2026—More than 370 CFISD football players qualified for the Academic All-District 16-6A and 17-6A football teams.

All 12 high school programs were represented by 372 students who earned academic all-district recognition. Those who earned the honor finished the 2025 season in good standing and earned a composite weighted grade point average of 5.5 or higher for all classes for the two identified nine weeks that make up the majority of the football regular season.
